  • Acceptance of Orders: All orders submitted trough our website are confirmed by e-mail, fax or post after submission, no order should be deemed to be accepted with out this confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions. It might not be possible for us to accept orders for certain items for delivery to certain countries.
     

  • Currency: Prices quoted are in Pound Sterling or in any other currency on request, all payments are to be made in  Pounds sterling, Euros or American Dollars on request.
    (Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing currency)
     

  • VAT is included and is charge only on sales to residents of the EU making personal purchases. If a valid EU VAT  number is provided at the time of ordering, goods will be shipped to non-UK residents of the EU net of VAT. All purchases made by customers outside the EU are charged less VAT.
     

  • Shipping/Carriage: Prices quoted include delivery to the front door of your house or building within the
    United Kingdom, deliveries would be made within 48 hours.

  • Damage in Transit: After leaving the factory all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.

  • Warranties/Guarantees: By this consumer guarantee, Aero Products International Ltd. guarantees the product and pump motor (exclusive of the controller) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of its original purchase. If during this period of guarantee the product proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Aero Products International Ltd. will without charge for labor or parts, repair or replace the product or its defective parts upon the terms and conditions set out below, provided that the product has been used for its purposes (as outlined in the instruction manual) and operated according to all instructions provided.

    Conditions:

    I. This guarantee will be granted only when the original invoice or sales receipt (indicating the date of purchase, product type) is presented together with the defective product. Aero Products International Ltd. reserves the right to refuse free-of-charge guarantee service if the above document cannot be presented or if the information contained in it is incomplete or illegible.

    II. This guarantee will not reimburse nor cover the damage resulting from adaptations or adjustments which may be made to the product, without the prior written consent of Aero Products International Ltd., in order to conform to the national or local technical or safety standards in force in any country other than the ones for which the product was originally designed and manufactured.

    III. This guarantee will not apply if the type or serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.

    IV. This guarantee covers none of the following:
    a. Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;
    b. Any adaptation or changes to upgrade the product from its normal purpose as described in the instruction manual, without the prior written consent of Aero Products International Ltd.;
    c. Transport costs, home service transport cost and all risks of transporting relating directly or indirectly to the guarantee of the product.
    d. Damage resulting from:
    1. Misuse, including but not limited to (a) failure to use the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with Aero Productsí instructions on the proper use and maintenance, and (b) installation or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the technical or safety standards in force in the country where it is used and (c) improper or incorrect installation of the product;
    2. Repair done by non-approved Service Agents or Dealers, or the customer himself;
    3. Accidents, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation or any cause beyond the control of Aero Products International Ltd.

    V. Any part or parts removed will become the property of c.; and if replacement parts are fitted or the product replaced in its entirety, this will not extend the period under the Guarantee.

    VI. This guarantee does not affect the consumerís statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, nor the consumerís rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.

    All purchasers must obtain an authorization from Aero Products International Ltd, before returning a defective product. The product should be carefully packaged and delivered postage or delivery charges prepaid.

  • Returns and Refunds:  Return policies vary depending on product. For non custom made goods, we accept returns within seven days after you have been taking delivery. Goods returned must be in its original packing and in an unused condition; they will be returned at customer's expense to the original point of dispatch, on request this can be arranged by us. The refund would be arranged within 30days after we have received the goods, less insurance, freight costs, and subject to inspection as to there suitability for resale.  Upholstered Furniture are always custom made orders and can generally not be returned.  Customers based outside the EU will also be responsible for any custom charges that might be charged when returning goods.   • Cancellations:  Any cancellation of non-custom orders must be done before the goods are delivered to the forwarder, cancellations received after that point will be refunded less freight and insurance costs.  Custom orders can only be cancelled before put in production.   • Payment & Retention of Title: Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. If, for any reason, goods are shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to Bonbon Trading U.K. until payment in full for the goods is received by us.

  • Confidentiality: We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do never supply mailing information to third parties.
     

  • Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction: All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.

These conditions do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods acts but
are designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate.
